A Keeper! Fall '08

Hi,

Rose has been learning how to Salsa dance at the local YMCA. Here she is, cuttin' up the floor and bustin' her move to the groove. Enjoy!

Rose Halloween '08

We had a very nice Halloween this year. Rose was a 3-Eyed Monster from the ever-popular Monster's Inc. show.

Our trek covered the Proctor district in Tacoma, where local merchants handed out the goods to all trick-or-treaters.

Of course, no Halloween night is complete without enjoying one's "Spoils of Plunder" afterwards...

Rose's 4th Birthday Party

Hello Friends,

Included in this post are recent pictures from our party at the Tacoma YMCA. It was a smashing success! Grandma is featured during the pre-party-preliminaries taking Rose on a little shopping trip to Learning Sprout. We saw books, games and this one-of-a-kind ladybug rain coat.

Spring '08

We've had a very pleasant spring: good weather, some time off work and we're celebrating Linda's recent completion of school. John got a canoe at a garage sale and has been taking Rose on "fantasy getaways" to various places. So far Rose's preferred destination is "the Doctor's". We've set up a test-camping situation in the back yard to see if Rose enjoys the idea. So far so good!

The Rhododendrons pictured are in bloom, just outside Rose's window.

1st Snowfall of '07

We had a great day today, enjoying our first snowfall of the season. Out came the Advent Calendar for the first day of December as well. Hope everyone is enjoying their holidays, and yes, you can expect more entries this month right here on the Rose Blogtacular.
